FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ENVIRONMENT ASPECT
As stipulated by the legislative under Environmental Quality Act, 1974 adopted by Department of Environment (DOE), Malaysia, every new plant or factory which utilizes fuel burning equipment shall ensure the pollutant discharged from the chimney to be monitored, recorded and controlled at all time. A Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) system in the form of packaged system of gas analyzers, opacity monitor, particulates monitor together with data acquisition system (DAS) implementation, the owner or operator of the industrial player will be able to constantly monitor the equipment performance and to determine compliance with emission of operation limits. Additionally, any plant operator that have installed CEM system on their equipment shall integrating their system with data interfacing system (DIS) using suitable communication module in order for DOE to retrieve their database and monitor their equipment's performance remotely.

FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY ASPECT
Under Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 requires every industry to conduct a chemical health risk assessment (CHRA) for any use, handling, storage or transporation of chemical hazardous to health in their workplace. In turn, they shall implement the action plan as recommended under the CHRA report including sending their employee for medical surveillance & audiometric test programme, provision of personal protective equipment, conducting exposure monitoring, etc.
Recent finding shows that most industrial player are located in remote area or further from urban areas which brings difficulties for them to send their employee to clinic or medical centre to carry out the medical surveillance or audiometric test.
Incorporated in the year of 2011, Global Green OSH Services Sdn Bhd was established to provide a door to door occupational health services to industries by sending their panel Occupational Health Doctor to the factory or mills to carry our medical surveillance programme. Additionally, they owns the first MOBILE AUDIOMETRIC UNIT in Sarawak by driving to the industry's factory or mill, they are capable of testing the hearing loss of the employees conveniently. Additionally, audiometric test programme for employee is required under Factories and Machinery (Noise exposure) Regulation 1989.
